At the NWTF Building, you can host your seminars, workshops and training where the function rooms can be utilized according to your specifications.

Our training hall can serve as one function room but can also be divided into 3 separate activity areas.

For in-house seminars, our available living accommodations are for:

• Single
• Double
• Dormitory

Training Hall Rates

Training Room A, B and C

• Php 5,000.00
• In excess of 4 hours: P1,000 per hour
• 240 persons classroom type
• 150-170 with tables and chairs

Training Room A and B or B and C

• Php 3,000.00
• In excess of 4 hours: P800 per hour
• 100-150 persons classroom type
• 50-60 with tables and chairs

Training Room A, B or C

• Php 2,000.00
• In excess of 4 hours: P800 per hour
• 60 persons classroom type
• 40 with tables and chairs

Room Rates

• 4th Floor (7 Rooms): Php 1,000.00 for 4 persons
• 5th Floor (9 Rooms): Php 750.00 for 3 persons

All rooms have pull out beds and individual bathrooms with water heater, air conditioner, cable TV & are WIFI ready.

• Dormitory: 18-26 persons Php 250.00 per pax
