Fiscal Elmira Maglasang, being a board of director who has roots in Bantayan, gave a message to the clients. Mayor Chris Escario of Bantayan then gave his speech.

The Ribbon Cutting was led by Doc Cecile and Mayor Escario. The blessing of the three-storey building by the priest then followed. Snacks and lunch were served to everyone.

The over-all champion of Dungganon Star Season 1 will be based on text (sms) votes. Voting period is from January 9, 2012 to March 16, 2012. The over-all champion in each category will be announced by March 23, 2012.

• Voting is open to the public.
• An individual can vote several times throughout the competition. Maximum is once a day.
• The system is designed to only accept votes, no confirmation message will be sent upon receipt of sms vote.
